Services

On-site batching and mixing built for live sites, not lab conditions.

SiteMix Pro provides three packages for self-builders, contractors, developers, and civil teams across Greater Accra. The difference is simple: who provides the mixer, how repeat support is planned, and how much SiteMix takes responsibility for the batching operation.

Concrete batching and mixing on an active construction site

Every package follows the same discipline: calibrated batching, controlled water, workability checks, and supervision through the pour.

Our Services

Three service models, one disciplined standard for every pour.

We do not sell generic construction work. We sell correctly proportioned on-site concrete batching and mixing, structured around how each client sources equipment, schedules pours, and manages recurring site demand.

How We Work

Our Work Process

A practical process built for live construction sites. Every job moves from assessment to planning to disciplined execution, so the pour stays aligned with the client's budget, timeline, and concrete requirements.

01/(03)

Site Assessment & Quotation

We review the concrete requirement, site access, pour scope, and equipment situation, then issue a written quotation with package, volume, pricing, and the 60% advance requirement.

02/(03)

Pre-Pour Planning & Material Check

Before mobilisation, we confirm the booking window, verify material readiness, calculate batch quantities, and make sure the mixer arrangement and site logistics are clear.

03/(03)

Batching, Mixing & Completion Note

On pour day, the batching sequence is controlled load by load, workability is monitored, the mixer is cleaned after use, and a simple completion note records the volume placed.

Pricing

Transparent pricing for different site needs.

Choose the package that fits your site setup, concrete volume, and operating rhythm. All jobs follow the same discipline, with 60% advance payment collected before mobilisation.

FAQ

Service questions, answered clearly.

Most confusion comes from equipment, scheduling, materials, and how pricing is confirmed. This section sets expectations before you request a quote.

Do you supply cement, sand, and chippings?

SiteMix can work with client-supplied materials or align with your preferred supply arrangement during the site assessment. Final quotation depends on the agreed logistics and availability.

What does the 60% advance cover?

The advance confirms the booking and mobilisation plan. It protects scheduling, mixer arrangement (where applicable), and site preparation so the job starts with a clear operating setup.

How do I choose between Package A and Package B?

Package A fits sites that already have a mixer on ground. Package B is the standard option when you need SiteMix to arrange the hired mixer and run the full operation end-to-end.

What concrete grades do you support?

SiteMix supports standard grades used for blinding, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and higher-spec civil scopes. Grade selection is confirmed during assessment based on structural requirement and site conditions.

How far in advance should I book?

Use a minimum 48-hour window so materials, access, and mixer readiness can be confirmed. Short-notice requests may be possible, but depend on site readiness and scheduling.

Can you support repeated pours on a single project?

Yes. Package C is designed for developers and contractors who need a dedicated batching partner across multiple pours, with monthly planning and repeat support.

Ready to batch your next pour with confidence?

Book a free site assessment, get a written quotation within 24 hours, and plan your pour with clear package options, disciplined batching, and practical mobilisation support across Greater Accra.
